¶¶ÄÌÊÓƵ Customer Storage Program Stakeholder Process

¶¶ÄÌÊÓƵ is convening stakeholder meetings to discuss issues related to customer-sited battery energy storage programs under guidance provided by the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) as part of new rates approved in August 2023.

As described in ACC Decision No. 79065, ¶¶ÄÌÊÓƵ will engage with stakeholders to examine a potential Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program that would permit customers to install behind-the-meter (BTM) battery systems. Concurrently, discussions will explore potential revisions to the ¶¶ÄÌÊÓƵ’s Residential Demand Time-of-Use Tech (R-Tech) and Large General Service TOU Storage Program (LGST-SP) rates.
